My very first Blogger Event

Hi everyone, this past Saturday I attended my very first blogger event “Blog Talk Boylston” hosted by Libby Vilner of Life with Libby and Anthony Mastracci of The Next Gentleman. I’m not going to lie I was beyond nervous, I even contemplated about not going because I was that nervous, but I’m so happy I went! I am a very shy person when I first meet people but everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable and before I knew it we were all chatting, laughing and having a good time. I loved the fact that Libby and Anthony had everyone introduce themselves, it gave everyone a chance to talk about their blogs.

I’ve learned so much from just attending this event. You have to be brave and just go, you are not alone, there are others feeling just like you are. This will help you build confidence in yourself but also your blog. People will get a chance to see the person behind the blog. It’s a great way get out of your comfort zone, connect with others, network, and just to have fun!

I can't even put into words how amazing this event was, it was perfect for boston based bloggers to chat, ask questions, learn, share tips, meet new people and make new friends that have similar interests. I wished I was able to stay longer  and connect with everyone but I had a dinner event I was hosting that evening. Note to self- next time don’t double book :)

I can’t wait to try out these goodies from the swag bag!
