Essential oils where have you been all my life?! The amount of benefits it has for your skin, hair, and health is insane. I have always been on the hunt for products for anti aging since I was 19, it’s never too early to start ladies and if you haven’t started you should. For years I hated purchasing anti aging products for one reason the price. I just couldn’t get over how these products were ridiculously priced, after years of buying products like Clinique, Lancome, etc I did some research and saw a lot of benefits with essential oils. So I decided to slowly transition over to oils. I couldn’t believe these oils are all organic and I didn’t cringe when purchasing.

Okay dolls let’s talk more about what I use these oils for and some of their benefits:

Argan Oil (Amazon- CLICK HERE $9.95)
  1. It’s high in vitamin E which is great to hydrate and soften the skin. I use it as a foot, hand and nail treatment in the evening before bed.
  2. It also helps with acne, blemishes and sensitive skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. I have eczema and it has significantly helped my skin with dry patches.

Castor Oil (Amazon- CLICK HERE $12.95)
  1. It helps with hair growth. I use it on my lashes and let me tell you it has been a major success. Who doesn’t love long natural lashes but I do still love to wear my false ones hehe
  2. It can soothe joint pain and relieve muscle soreness.

Coconut Oil (Trader Joe’s $5.99, you can find it in stores)
  1. It can be used as a hair treatment, I curl my hair pretty often so when my ends aren’t looking too pretty I use coconut oil and it does the trick to make my ends less dry.
  2. It can also be used as a makeup remover or for shaving your legs.

Apple Seed Oil (Leven Rose- CLICK HERE $13.95)
  1. Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I have been using it on my face at night as anti aging serum.
  2. It is rich in nutritional fatty acids to help improvement of overall look of your skin, making it super soft. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and radiant in the morning.

There are way more benefits to each oil, I just listed a few. There are so many more essential oils out there, I can’t wait to get my hands on a few more and will circle back in a future post to tell you beauties all about it.

Do you use essential oils and if so which one is your fav? I would love to hear!
