CASUAL WINTER LOOK, FACIALS AND HAIR

Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you’re all having a great weekend. I’m having such a great weekend. I got to spend some time with one of my besties, we grabbed breakfast, caught up and went to get facials. OMG it was soo good! This was my second time getting a facial and I think I am going to start going more often. My skin feels so damn good! It’s so important to take care of your skin. I do lots of at home “spa nights”, but I think going to a professional once in awhile is much needed. I would love to hear how often you go for facials.


Now let’s talk about the obvious, I went darker with my hair!!! I loved the lighter hair but to be honest, it totally damaged my hair like really bad. It got to the point where I couldn’t even wear my hair straight because it looked awful. I was constantly curling it to try to hide how dry and damaged it was. I was pretty devastated because I naturally have shiny silky hair. I tried all sorts of products but unfortunately nothing was working. So I made the decision to chop off 6 inches and dyed it dark. I cannot even tell you how much better my hair feels.

      It’s so hard to stay one color because a change is always good once in awhile. Hopefully if you do dye it again you won’t have the same issue (fingers crossed)

    I agree! I had a facial only once and that was several years ago, but I remember how amazingly relaxing it felt, as if I had it yesterday. I definitely will be treating myself to one after having baby #2 for sure! I'm glad you enjoyed yours and I'm sure it was so much fun having it done with the girls. I'm also loving your hair.     Last time I got my face skin treatment was right before Christmas. It lasted 90 minutes in this fancy SPA and after my skin felt sooo good. But right after few days it got back to normal :)) I guess the problem is that I'm so lazy to take care of it on daily basis... :/

    Your hair looks lovely and I think the printed scarf is such a nice accessory with your outfit :) I haven't had a salon facial in a few months, but I do try use a face mask once a week at home, it really benefits my skin!
